Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Process for Returns
- Initiate a Return Request: Contact us via email at support@kneech.in or fill out our return request form [here].
- Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will email you the return approval and shipping details.
- Ship Back the Product: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided in the return approval email.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the product, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or transferred to your bank account after verification.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.
- To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
- Items damaged due to improper use or care.
Shipping Charges for Returns
- For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping charges.
- For other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
